Waiting List 2008 RESULTS Prince George’s County Department of Housing and Community Development would like to announce that the lottery process for the new waiting list for rental assistance programs has been completed. A computer based random process (lottery) was used to select the 5,500 pre-applications from the 20,880 eligible submissions received during the January 25-31, 2008 opening.
