Financial and Administrative Services

The Financial and Administrative Services (FAS) Division coordinates the Information Technology (IT) and budget functions of the HAPGC. In addition, FAS maintains the financial books, records and disburses payments to the landlords, tenants and vendors for the HAPGC. The primary goal of FAS is to provide accurate information, prompt and courteous services.
